@@josuerivas4606 acetone does not bubble the paint off like that. This is most likely some form of M.E.K. which as been made nearly impossible to find in the states these days bc of the climate theorists.
I’ve seen similar to this on my dads classic truck. My brother would paint it on and if it got on your skin it would sting and you’d have to jump in the pool real quick
