Hi Rainne, yes the plexi on the side is comfortable and does not hurt at all, but I have to mention that I never wear heels without any summer tights when going outside...

Hi there and welcome to Switzerland. I am italian, just raised and born in switzerland. I can only claim if I purchase online abroad, like France and/or Germany and only if the store I purchase from provides TaxFree. A lot stores don‘t offer from online shop, but MyTheresa does 🥰❤️

When you purchase online and the store offers tax refund you can add either a comment or send an email to the customer service and request Tax refund documentation
