the sad thing is your joke doesnt even work, because after you take in 10,000 calories within 24 hours, your body refuses to absorb anymore. anything beyond 10K just gets flushed out with your shit, true story.

I think it’s possible to an extend. If you eat the right food with a high calorie count per 100g, I think it’s possible. For instance, food like cream, pecan- and macadamia nuts, have a really high percentage of calories per 100g

It is possible, they just literally ate the worst food for this challenge, they could have eaten like 16 whoppers each throughout the day and would have been fine, or just drank lots of coca cola instead of water and eat less

They had waaay too much liquid calories. Like that milk, it fills you up completely but has very few calories. You could eat like 3 Big Macs that fill the same amount and is like 1500-1700 calories vs 350 for the milk

You should try the "400-500 daily calorie deficit for three continuous months" challenge.

To be fair he's 6'5 and just largely built. Its genuinely possible body needed upwards of 3000 calories a day.
