I can hear you put some time in👍🏽. Keep sharing the djembe. Back in the day my teachers would of corrected me to not place my backside on a drum. Or maybe that’s a modified drum seat..? Anyway sounds good…
I was told growing up that is disrespectful to do that. But I personally feel that sitting on a Djembe is y cool in a way. Not to take away from his wonderful drumming but it's more of showing a Djembe true respect by not sitting on then like a chair. Treat a Djembe like the royalty that it is. As far as.hos playing I definitely love his playing style especially his rolls.
That part in the middle-end was getting pretty funky, im def gonna get more into african drum musics
Yea man! The guy was grooving man
As a Nigerian, I approve 👍
Did no one else notice that he was sitting on another small djembe😂
that sitting on a djembe thing did give me difficulties to enjoy his performance
All those drums and percussion and no drum throne? Never seen that before.
@@MaTTheWishyou don’t sit on the drum because it’s bad for the skin. it’s not meant to have constant pressure on it for long periods.
@@_DubzzI'm pretty sure he knows that dumbass
Love seeing appreciation of our cultures from others outside of Africa!
thanks! Love love love African culture and music
Good sound. Had a couple nice rolls too.
I want to come to your place, Looks Amazing! Loving your drumming too 😁😂😂😘👍

I agree, my teachers would have corrected me on that as well. In any case , great playing , and yes keep sharing
That was the first thing i noticed too.. sitting on the skin could warp it
It,s extremely disrespectful for him to sit his ass on any drum especially disrespectful when misappropriating someone else's culture .

DUH...
I heard that those drums are expensive 😬 also very good 👍👍
Naw check Amazon
Went to a store, bought the cheapest one... it was $290... used....
Really depends how it’s made. You can get really cheap ones(that normally schools buy in bulk, to teach on), or more expensive professional ones
A genuine and well made djembe will set you back 500+ bucks.
@@topperharley7142 I know this might come across as self promotion, but there is a video of me playing a djembe on my channel
And thats a talent
loved that performance 🎆🎆🎶🎶🎶
thankyou
Am I the only black guy who appreciates this video? BTW, I bought products from him.
Everyone's welcome, of course.
You see, sometimes some Americans can be a bit rude...

He wasn't born in Burkino Faso

Good drumming but your not a master ,and very far from it, keep training ...
always learning Stanley. Btw "you're" ...not "your" ...
A good master never stops learning.
