If people had any doubt this is a real rock band and not just posers, this song is proof that they're for real
Love this band and love Taylor's awesome rock voice. TPR is a pop-rock band and deliciously so. But they are not musically driven like some other current and past bands. Listen and read the lyrics to Puscifer's "Momma Sed" or Steely Dan's "Show Biz Kids," "Don't take me alive" or many others by either band. Listen to the power of the lyrics in Momma Sed. Listen to the insane guitar in Don't take me alive. TPR is great, just not at that level. Long live Taylor and the Boys, they rock!

Even a casual listen to non radio songs confirms this band has soul, passion and skill.
I haven't heard any acoustic that her and her guitarist haven't just killed
52 years old. Love this band. Everything they do is entertaining to hear and more importantly truly passionate. I am a hard rocker both old and new. Been waiting for an influx of female leads in my favorite genre for years. Taylor, Lizzy, Maria and others you are killing it! Be well.
I’m with you! 51 1/2 this month and I love her , when I found out who she is and her age … I was shocked
I agree so much. I'm in my early 30s, but I grew up listening to a lot of the old rock goddesses from the 70s and 80s. Stevie Nicks, Pat Benetar, Laura Branigan, you know. I veered into downtempo for a while after that but I don't know how I slept on The Pretty Reckless until earlier this year. Taylor has done some live performances that I have trouble telling apart from her studio recordings. The amount of power behind her voice is astounding. She's the real deal.

This song is not as flashy or loud as others on this album, but it has grown on me to become one of my favourites of their's.
This song needs to be in a western movie when a showdown's about to happen.
the beginning is just perfect for a heist in a movie, liek the moment when they prepare and go out of the car into the bank, and then shit goes on. :D

Yes. Therein lies the problem.Most of my stuff lay in old yellowed notebook paper, bits of paper and on backs of countless envelopes. But the things that are locked away in my mind, the desolation pain and sorrows from lost loves or what have you. Those are the things you have to unlock and relive. To make it perfect you would really have to fling yourself into it and not reflect to much. You would have to be in constant conflict with yourself in such a grueling task. A million tears will fall. Sorry for the dramatics but is how I write. Only my humble opinion. Maybe yours wouldn't have so many of these obstacles. Thanks for post...
