This is the version of Schiarazula Marazula by Giorgio Mainero (c. 1535-1582). My favourite rendition is that of the Ulsamer Collegium from 1973 which can be found around YT. This is quite good as well.
well it's a crew of modern folk musicians who played some medieval street songs from all over europe (this is my personal favourite). there's no original composer of this melody, like for some other popular tunes like Tri Martolod or Greensleeves ^^

sei italiano dunque ^^ non saprei qual'è il nome dei musicisti. ho preso questa versione da un CD che riprendeva antiche melodie europee (A La Via) che mi ha prestato un amico, e non ricordo chi suonava di preciso. un equipe comunque, non proprio un gruppo. me lo farò dire =)
