Kelly also meets Dottie, a 77-year-old woman who decided to say "I do" to her favorite person - herself! Pilot Pen awards Dottie $1,000 to celebrate her wedding.

If you look closely at Jared's facial expression and eyes at 3:50 I think it's clear that he did not know that he interrupted the live conversation with Dottie. He looks rather concerned and a little regretful. It was the show's producers and staff that let him on at that moment. He did not just bust in randomly, despite it played off that way. I do feel bad for the lady, but hopefully she now enjoys knowing who also shared her moment on the show. *Edited to add: Maybe he came on at that moment because of a timing issue near the end of the show, but I do think the show needs to do better next time. Even if they wanted to get Kelly's surprise, it could have been arranged to have Jared and Dottie meet on screen soon after the surprise, rather than just leaving the lady hanging and watching silently until the end.
Well said. And since he was there for Jimmy's show, he probably wanted to see Kelly at the end of her show. 30STM, Kelly and many others were just on a short tour between Las Vegas & Texas. Glad they went back to Dottie at the end. Some unhappy ppl always try to find something to criticize ppl about especially some celebs.
My dude, this is ALLLLLLL set up to happen as it should. Jared Leto didn't actually crash into the show. I've worked backstages, etc - that does not just happen. Promise you. Please quit trying to read people on the internet because you're going to fail majority of the time.
