Really enjoyed the chat. I would push back a bit on the 'self diagnosis' thing. My son has ASD and sensory processing disorder and from what I have learnt since is that these things are cluster-al in a family. I 100% have sensory processing disorder and have a strong feeling I have un diagnosed ADHD. I am different and process things differently, always have. I tick all of the boxes (impulse control, procrastination, hyper focus or complete lack of focus to anything not of interest). Right back to a small child all of my school reports said the exact same thing every year etc. I have made steps to get a formal diagnosis but ultimately decided what's the point in getting it now, I'm in my 40's and have made it this far, have no intention of taking anything for it. Anyway just my perspective, keep up the awesome pod Maloney...
