really impressive though. I didnt know Madonna still had that many fans that she could put on a show like that. I thought only Kylie could still do that. Madonna just looks like a straight up Goddess on that stage !!
How would Kylie be able to sell out arenas in the US? She's had like 2 top 10 hits here compared to Madonnas 38. Kylie has been largely unknown in the US. Madonna is a living legend. It's not even close.
I love Kylie but her last good tour was in like... 2012 ??? She is doing a Vegas residency and it is not even half successful and impressive as the Celebration Tour is.
It's a fair question, she always has before. But having a live band would not have made this performance better or worse. As Bob said, at the start of the show "This is not just a Concert... this is a Celebration. B-chess" Would have been great to have Nikki and Donna on tour again too. Next time? Band and singers?
No need anymore .. seen her 23 times .. and honestly she doesn’t need them in a concert.. the original tracks were really an amazing experience.. she doesn’t need to prove anything anymore..
She was going to have a live band but her musical director wanted to use a lot of the original sounds and demos and he said you can't replicate that with a live band, so she agreed not to have one.
