Mutton Gravy
Ingredients
Mutton - ½ Kg
Chopped onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1½ tbl spoon
Peanuts - 2 tbl spoon
Shallots - 10 to 15
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¾ teaspoon
Grated coconut - 4 tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
Salt - Jak na to + styl
I tried this already. It came out well. My wife and kids liked it very much.

I chose to see this because it was the shortest video on mutton curry. I replaced peanuts with cashew, left out coconut and added pepper powder at the end. It was simple and delicious.
