To anyone who's having problems with this: I think this happens when you get banned (doesn't matter how long) and you log out the website but not the app. Because of robloxs new update where the client basically puts you in the app when you leave this happens if instead of logging out from the app you close it. Either way it should work again once the ban is over.

Hold the windows key and press R, A window will pop up, type appdata and press enter/ok, after go to local folder, and delete the roblox folder and install roblox agian, this migth get rid of your IP ban.

Pretty much, happened to me once with a 3 day ban, you're unable to play Roblox on any account, so it's like getting ip banned. The only thing you can do to play on Roblox is use another device.

Error code 403 means either u were very very close to getting banned or were banned(IP banned)
