I worked at a manufacturing company a long time ago; it means A LOT when the management does things to make life better i.e. anti fatigue mats, fans and the like. Good job Corey- looks like your employees are cared about and cared for! Makes me feel good to do business with you!
I used to think what Cory does and his success is only due to his experience in fish keeping. Watching more of these videos just shows he has a good business mind that is heavily focussed on customer satisfaction. I would love to order stuff from the website but it’s a huge shame I’m in the UK. None of the products here come close to what aquarium co op has in terms of quality and practicality.

When I found out Amazon have Aquarium Co-Op Easy Green, immediately ordered two bottles to try it out without question. Not to my disappointment, the quality of packaging and material were top notch. The boxes were so good that my daughter want to keep it to store her jewelry. The bottles were made out of strong and sturdy plastic that I would keep for use in my fish hobby and not get thrown out to the landfill. The bubble wrap were saved and reused. Your packaging is out of this world, so much care was put into it to your customers. As a customer from Canada, I will do my part to recycle to the best I can. Your rating is more than 5 ✨ stars if I can do it on Amazon 😅 And of course, my plants love your Easy Green and happy after couple of use. I could see new growth and lushly green leaves which I never seen before. Highly recommend this product.
I've been using Easy Green since I learned it was available in Canada as well. I'm on I think my fifth bottle now, and I can't see myself switching to anything else any time soon. Between Easy Green and a DIY CO2 kit, my desk aquarium has never looked better (and as a consequence, I find it considerably more enjoyable). Keep up the amazing working Cory and team!
Oh I still think that all his products are the best out there. But they aren't easy to get for some people. Other company's wouldn't like him if he does continue u raise standards

I just received an order today of air tubing, brine shrimp eggs, and four plants. The order was complete, shipped quickly, and well packed. The plants are amazing. Very impressed with the ordering, shipping and accuracy of my order. I cannot say enough how great the plants look. Very healthy, and large. I can cut down my Anubis plant and have a couple for decorations. Thank you very much.
13:23 At Amazon, the green is used for when a packer is at their station. It allows you to quickly look down the line and see if there is an open station that isn't being used. For you with only 5 stations, it doesn't seem like a use for green. However, I'd say make that a standard practice now so it is already implemented and a habit as you expand and need more packers and stations.
I buy everything i can from the Co-Op. I usually order 1-2 times a month, and have been for a little less than a year. I have never received a duplicate sticker, it's a new one every time. I'm sure I will eventually once I've made my way through all of them. Little things like that are the reason the Co-Op stands way above every other company. Very few companies have the integrity that Corey has.

I remember when y’all bought that warehouse, then watching videos as Joel built all those plant racks, then the videos of all the work stations being set up. It’s been enjoyable for me to come along for the ride as you and your team went from empty space to what I see today. Congratulations to everyone! The barcode scanning system that y’all are using is similar to the system we use in the pharmacy. We scan a tote, scan the barcode on the medication bottle, scan the label printer, then when medication is picked up it all gets scanned again.

I spent a year doing sales for a computer parts company. Part of what I did was look in on how the warehouse was functioning, so I could predict time between order and out the door. I had to do this, because no one else was. I can honestly say that what Cory is doing here is more than at another level from other warehousing. I just watched a brilliant class in how to run a warehouse, and I had no idea it could be this good. I also appreciate that while he didn't speak directly to it, I can tell by the mats and other bits, that those working in the warehouse are not being overworked or abused.
its insane to see the empire youve built and how well youve done it man congrats thats awesome. its wild to me to think you started as just like a small fish store than through the power of being savy in multiple fields(business, internet, etc) you were able to become such a great massive brand. WOW I didn't know that co-op was a large supplier. I thought it was a small retail store. I'm REALLY impressed with all of the quality control and, the thought of customer satisfaction in whole thought process in your business. After watching several videos on the fish and plant keeping hobby. I'm definitely going to be using aquarium co-op for my future purchases. Having watched your original Warehouse tour, would not have thought I needed to see this. Honestly wouldn't have thought I'd need to know this, but WOW! Interesting from start to finish!! Partly, I'd guess because I'm a customer and it is interesting to know what happens when I place and order. But, as you got to the end, I had a sense of us being 'clued in' because we are all part of the Co-op and you're so proud of the work done by you and your staff you just had to share with us. I also was extremely impressed with the care taken for cold weather - I usually have a rule that I don't order plants between November and March. I'm glad I don't have to worry about that with you. I was skeptical ordering plants online. Especially when bitter cold. However my 30 gallon upgrade to a 60 gallon tank required more plants. I used to support a system much like what you showed off, but it was voice-driven instead. The users wore headsets. They would read off the code on the box, which would direct them to a location, once at the location they would verify it was the right product, then the system would tell them how many to grab. They then had to verify they grabbed the right amount, then move to the next location. It was a fun system to support!
Now THAT is how to have a worker-friendly warehouse. I've been thinking of ordering something online, and I am in love with the cold bags - those would be so amazing for transporting live fish! Last time I went to Aquarium Co-Op was in a warmer time, and we had a long drive (plus ferry) back, so I put my fish in the ice chest (no icepack, but still cold). Over the summers I am always worried.

The cameras for packing the boxes to verify what was placed into the box is brilliant.

I just watched a brilliant class in how to run a warehouse, and I had no idea it could be this good.
I also appreciate that while he didn't speak directly to it, I can tell by the mats and other bits, that those working in the warehouse are not being overworked or abused.
OMG I love that you all track which stickers people get and send them a new one with each order!! That's service and now I have to collect them all!
its insane to see the empire youve built and how well youve done it man congrats thats awesome. its wild to me to think you started as just like a small fish store than through the power of being savy in multiple fields(business, internet, etc) you were able to become such a great massive brand. It always makes me think to when you almost went out of business early on due to all the struggles like the exploding tank etc. proud of you!
Aquarium Co-op has done something amazing and beautiful for the hobby and the industry. Cory has amazing forward thinking, his desire to perfect his trade and improve the quality of the hobby is unrivaled. To see where he started and how far he has come in unbelievable and truly inspiring. Hats off to the Co-op. You are what any person should strive to emulate. WOW I didn't know that co-op was a large supplier. I thought it was a small retail store. I'm REALLY impressed with all of the quality control and, the thought of customer satisfaction in whole thought process in your business. After watching several videos on the fish and plant keeping hobby. I'm definitely going to be using aquarium co-op for my future purchases. My goal is a 150-250 gallon freshwater planted forest type tank. Thank you for all of your hard work and helpful advice.

Having watched your original Warehouse tour, would not have thought I needed to see this. Honestly wouldn't have thought I'd need to know this, but WOW! Interesting from start to finish!! Partly, I'd guess because I'm a customer and it is interesting to know what happens when I place and order. But, as you got to the end, I had a sense of us being 'clued in' because we are all part of the Co-op and you're so proud of the work done by you and your staff you just had to share with us. So it's all of you with your great ideas, forward thinking, attention to detail and hard work and us continuing to say with our orders that all of that is very important and appreciated by us. This is an extremely efficient process. I currently work at a multi billion dollar logistics company and your process is essentially almost the same at a smaller scale. This is extremely impressive. Thumbs up! Keep up the great work!

Put in my first order to you guys a few months ago. I was very impressed when the USPS box came with the Aquarium Co-op logo on it. The little things can go a long way. I also was extremely impressed with the care taken for cold weather - I usually have a rule that I don't order plants between November and March. I'm glad I don't have to worry about that with you. Thanks for the amazing warehouse tour, Cory! Most businesses wouldn't bother or don't want to show this part of the process, but I found it very interesting. You can almost gauge the level of interest of doing things the right way by observing how the warehouse operates.

I was skeptical ordering plants online. Especially when bitter cold. However my 30 gallon upgrade to a 60 gallon tank required more plants. Pleased to say my order came fast, plants a bit chilly but seem to be great so far. Its awesome to see how you function behind the scenes. My order was perfect ordered 10 plants & supplies. Super excited to see them grow.

I used to support a system much like what you showed off, but it was voice-driven instead. The users wore headsets. They would read off the code on the box, which would direct them to a location, once at the location they would verify it was the right product, then the system would tell them how many to grab. They then had to verify they grabbed the right amount, then move to the next location. It was a fun system to support!
Now THAT is how to have a worker-friendly warehouse. I've been thinking of ordering something online, and I am in love with the cold bags - those would be so amazing for transporting live fish! Last time I went to Aquarium Co-Op was in a warmer time, and we had a long drive (plus ferry) back, so I put my fish in the ice chest (no icepack, but still cold). Over the summers I am always worried.
