Arkansan of the Year 2024 Honoring Livia and George Dunklin in Honor of Stacey & Allen Homra

See the impact Livia and George Dunklin of Stuttgart have on Easterseals Arkansas and the entire state in the waterfowl conservation efforts through their Five Oaks Agricultural Research and Education Center.
