Alaska Helicopter & Dog Sled Tour

Ben and I took a helicopter ride through the mountains to get up to 5,000 ft where there is a dog sledding camp. Located at the very top of one of the mountains, it is not an ordinary dog sledding camp, these dogs are 5 times Iditarod champions. The Iditarod is one of the worlds largest sled dog races where they race for 1,000 miles across Alaska. These dogs were born to run and absolutely LOVE what they do.
These dogs took us for a 2 mile ride around the mountains and it was one of the coolest experiences of my life!
