- Lakawon Island is an emerging summer destination in Cadiz, Negros Occidental that prides on its powdery white sand and pristine blue waters. You can also find the largest floating bar in Asia there! If you're looking for a summer destination or a beach paradise within Western Visayas aside from Boracay, I could definitely recommend this place! :) It's relatively cheaper than Boracay, too! ;)

Hello! I actually stayed in Bacolod during my stay. I stayed at Go Hotels which is near Robinsons Bacolod. It’s not that expensive too :) The commute from the hotel to the bus station going to the resort was pretty short :)

Lakawon is not better than Boracay. I went there just this week, there are trashes on the back of the island even in front. The sand is not as powdery compared to boracay plus there are not a lot of water activities there. Boracay is still better. Vloggers should stop giving false reviews or clickbait headline or cover on their video.
My vlog contains my personal experiences and opinions during the time I visited. To each their own.
