It's a big house with plenty of room but the layout is a little rabbit warren-like. The finishes just miss the mark for me in a house of that size, however, it could be the furnishings. And what are the two rooms just inside the entry to be used for? As a sitting room, it looks uncomfortable and there is a bigger, nicer dining room so why have that very narrow one in the back?
You can afford to buy a house like that but have that T.V. from the 90's at 7:50.

HAS A FAIR SIZED KITCHEN AREA. I like to have many different "dishes" going at one and not have to worry about space to spread it all out. This kitchen facility may very well work.

I don't understand--there's a library but not a single book. It's a nice enough house but seems to be so disjointed. In the sun room you look at an empty brick wall.
