for those that don't know the other a-poses, sniper and scout you killbind while holding jarate/mad milk, you come back and throw you jar without letting go of the button and pick up the jar on the ground. Demoman have the base jumper and stock sticky bomb launcher (idk if it works with the other launcgers) you go out of spawn, shoot a couple of stickies somewhere, switch the sticky bomb launcher for a shield and then go back into spawn and hit the resupply cabinet. pyro you do the same as heavy but with flamethrower. I don't know exactly what needs to be done but i think you need a fully charged banner for medic, spy and engie (i've been told it works with all classes but I can't say for certain) you need a friendly dispenser against a wall (can't be your own) and a weapon on the ground your class can swap with. you stand in the dispenser and switch with the weapon on the ground. the dispenser needs to be against the wall so that it's easier to stay in the dispenser. you may need move the weapon on the ground into a better position by constantly swapping with the one in your hand.
Me being me... I would ask if they want me to add them on steam and help them with everything they desired to learn about tf2... Feels bad that they cant communicate any way other than character movement..

How are you bypassing the respawn timer? That's the bane of my existence when I'm trying to go civilian.
if you change classes immediately after kill binding, you'll instantly respawn as long as you are in spawn

No once you cant see any view model of a weapon you can let go
Just make sure not to swap weapons or you will stop A posing
