You can see in his eyes that he started having feelings for Clarke halfway through season 1 and no one can tell me otherwise
I knew he was falling for her when he was teaching her how to shoot in season 1. I have been shipping them since episode 1, to be honest.

Right Clarke’s character went down hill once madi was involved. Based on her decisions in the past. She would never make that choice. She couldn’t easily done something else to prevent Bellamy. In the first place she would’ve had more faith in him instead of just calling him crazy. Idk I hate that Madi pretty much became helpless and more of disastrous than anything. Madi, echo and Bellamy pairing ruined everything for me. Especially how it didn’t have the same chemistry between the characters as before.
The ending was a joke in general.

I don't understand why they treated him like he was completely unimportant for the show. His death passed like he was just another one . Even if they planned to kill him it had to be different for a character that important as him . They build such strong bonds between Dioza, Gabrielle and the others but left Bellamy like he was a guy that they just met.
The books literally end with Bellamy asking Clarke to marry him. The actors playing them are married in real life. The chemistry is undeniable.

The fact that we could all sense their love and amazing chemistry without even having them kiss each other says it all. They did some really incredible job here.

Me either. I don’t hate anybody in this life, but he is the closest to hate that I feel. So unprofessional. To use his personal feelings to ruin his show that everyone Loved so much. I have never cried so hard for a television character. It was so much pain and so undeserved. I feel so bad for Bob and Eliza because they didn’t deserve that at all. And they have been so professional through all of this. I couldn’t even finish the show after that senseless death. Thank you Sarah for making this beautiful video and of course it made me cry. ❤️

The chemistry between them is unlike anything I've ever seen before. I've watched so many movies, tv series, reality tv, you name it, and I can honestly say these two are something special. And all that without a single kiss or admission of feelings (which is a real shame) but it says a lot. wow.

For those saying "that's because they're married", it's not exactly true. They've only began their irl relationship in the later seasons, but the chemistry was always there. Both as actors who've known eachother for years and were great friends, and they've also played Bellamy and Clarke as if they're going to end up together because that's what they've been told from the start. It was supposed to be a build up to their romance, as in the books, but Rothenberg is an ass.
Clarke and Bellamy: *literally got together in the book, chemistry charts were off past this galaxy, the actor and actress even got married in real life*
The producers: they seem... to be very good friends...
I would've been cool even if they stayed friends/ there was a hint maybe they liked each other. But what happened in season 7... What in the heck was that?! That was an abomination.

Finally, a group of people that actually saw what was right. Yes I’m gutted Bellamy died and it would of wrapped things up nicely if he was there at the end, but, in the long run I invested 7 years into this show and the characters finished where they needed to. Not a lot of shows do this, “Person of interest” was one of them, “The Menatlist” was another, Chuck, a show I’ve watched over and over finished kinda awkward. I’ve heard people slamming Bob Morley for his actions outside of the role but let’s face it, the characters were great in my opinion. I’m about to start the whole thing over again.

I think only a few people wanted Bellarke ending for the TV series. Lexa was her greatest love in the series. In fact, the ending would be worst if Bellamy ended with Clarke romantically since Echo is with Bellamy. He chose Echo in Season 5. That was his love. The story in TV series is just a great friendship with an opposite sex.
Bellamy basically broke up with Echo in 7x12...
And when I say wanting the original version I am not necessarily implying that Bellarke would have to be Endgame... But they treated So many characters SOOO Dirty and out of character in season 7 out of spite because Jason couldn't keep his personal opinions separate from the show...

If not, the petition would've been a million by now (like GOT got million with just few days) since it ended few weeks ago. ☺️ Bob Morley asked for a time out due to personal matters, what is the cast & crew gonna do? Wait for him, til when? They're lucky to be done filming before the worst of Coronavirus hit the entertainment industry. I'm sad that he died too but it just proves Clarke would do anything for Madi. Even Octavia who spent 10 years in Sky Ring with Hope understood Clarke. Bellamy love Echo. You guys forgot he spent 5 years on the ring with her. Just because it's just one episode, doesn't mean Bellamy and Echo weren't real deal. Just like one episode of Octavia with Hope is equivalent in 10 years in Sky Ring. There were so many plots that the writers didn’t follow through with and things that didn’t make any sense.
It’s a true shame, I adored this show the first four seasons and kept watching even though I found 5 and 6 less consistent but still with enjoyable moments and with the hope that some plot points and relationships would continue to grow and make sense.
Season 7 was a mess of a nightmare.

yeah, i get Clarke loved Lexa but she literally basically just met her one day with them sharing very little to no chemistry and then them just to kiss that one time, Lexa betraying her and then disappearing for like a whole season and reappearing. And then dying after about like right after they meet again.And that time after Clarke ate the chip where Lexa didn't even say she loved Clarke back. They have not nearr the amount of chemistry together than what Bellamy and Clarke has. And that's not an opinion.

literally they were oozing chemistry since the first season- it’s just not fair because not only did they end up together in the book but then there’s the fact that the actors who play them are married in real life. Put all these things together, with fact that the actors’ chemistry is off the charts,they should have been endgame. But you know what part I hate the most the fact Bob (the actor that plays Bellamy) said in a conference that Bellamy and Clarke was written all along as romantic until Jason changed the script in season 7. Like why- they are obviously so meant to be together, they’re has always been feelings and chemistry there- we see the way Bellamy looks at Clark and won’t let anything happen to her, we see all the unnecessary touches and secret glances, they’re so obviously in love it hurts 🥲😫

it was always bellamy. when clark was stuck, almost completely alone for years, who did she call every day without exception, bellamy. not raven or murphy, she didn't pretend to have conversations and explain her day to her mom, it was bellamy she couldn't live without at least trying to communicate with. i know everyone's saying it, but the clarke that we grew with, since bellamy first taught her to shoot a gun, would never had killed him like that, they went through so many things but they always figured it out, so they could stay together. the head and the heart. each half of a broken whole that always tries to make the right decision in the hardest of circumstances. they unnecessarily rushed his death and made it entirely unbelievable that it was clarke who did it, and how she moved on so quickly?? bruh. anywayyy thanks for coming to my tedtalk, have a nice day (:

I love them so much. Such a stupid, bad written, out of character thing as s7 can't ruin them. They remain the most epic friendship/love story I've ever read/seen. Thank you for sharing this!

Ikr I'm so disappointed in season 7 I waited for so long and thus is what they give us 😭
I shipped them since they became co-leaders halfway through season 1 because their journey is just so beautiful. They learn to work together and lead together and become friends and then you can see that they put each other above everyone else, even if they don't even realize it themselves. Their chemistry is so incredible and undeniable. Both actors did a great job showing their connection, and of course are a beautiful married couple in real life. The books left off their relationship in the perfect way with them marrying; I don't know why they decided to deviate from that in the show. The 100 is just such a captivating story that really showcases the difficult decisions leaders face and how randomly things can happen. Because of the events on the ground, both Clarke and Bellamy wound up in leadership positions without ever really stating it. Their relationship also formed from learning to work together and developing trust, which is just so cool to watch and pretty unique. I am always amazed at how strongly the show manages to make me feel for these characters and their connection.
He called her Princess and they were enemies, I knew they would have been the best couple. I full-heartedly believe they would have been Morticia and Gomez levels of dedicated and in love with each other

It's funny how you can see the blatant change of their relationship and overall vibe from season 6 to 7, like it gives me whiplash from how drastic Bellamy and Clarke's personalities changed without being developed properly

I never thought it was possible to ruin a character like Bellamy, but then here we are, seeing how one of the mentally and emotionally strongest character, suddenly felt from a plot device like he was a teenager, "oh bellamy needed a meaning for the pain and thats what killed him" if that was true, he would have been the first to fall for the city of light bs...seriously, this doesnt even relate to the narrative nature, is just purely production based desicions, and now we will never see the "true" outcome, of the character we saw growing for 6 seasons.

I rewrote the entirety of season 7:
My concept would be... The white portal should have been a portal to Earth in a regenerated state. The flame should have been required to operate it as a key. Codagan wanted Becca to die for the same reasons as the original show... to use the flame to operate the anomaly. Their religion beings and the disciples are formed. All the planets mentioned on the series still exist, and for the most part, everything is the same until Bellamy escapes out of the Anomaly and he is brainwashed by the disciples. At this point he ends up crossing paths with Hope and the others, and they realize he has become one of them. They try to get to him but they cant. Several fights happen until they meet up with him again and they get into a fight. He attempts to disarm their head armor and he takes it for himself. Now one of them is left helpless against the disciples. They seem to get arrested fairly quickly, but now the head armor is in Bellamy's arms. He eventually figures out how to use it with the help of his disciple friends and realizes that the head armor was used to give him a false vision of Codagan as a savior. He pretends to be one of them for a while until he frees the crew. Back at the station, Jordan and the others figure out that there is a "test." The same test the disciples figured out. It is some impending doom that humanity must face to survive. Bellamy ends up back on Sanctum, exiled by the Disciples after they found out he helped Hope and the others escape, and they used some sort of mind control on him that is making him go insane. He spends some time going crazy and hallucinating in Gabriel's base until he discovers a radio that happened to be sitting in the shed. He hears clarke's voice. This happens because Gabriel said that the anomaly plays back old recordings in season 6. It was the 6 years of recordings she kept sending him all those years when he was up in space. He snaps back to reality and he immediately searches for Clarke. When they find eachother, he explains to her the recordings and they end up together. (At this point bellamy thinks Echo is dead.) Shiedheda's storyline would basically be the same, except I would have definitely made it more interesting and have a stronger focus on Shiedheda attempting to get a hold of the original flame to prevent the crew from using is as the key to the anomaly. He obviously gets defeated in the end somehow. It becomes evident that the "last war" is the great filter determining whether humanity will destroy itself or find a way to reconcile and use the key to open the anomaly to the new Earth which has been regenerated after years of time dilation. As they are about to fight, Clarke ends up in the anomaly dimension where she possesses the flame to keep it safe which ended up getting her there in the first place and it turns out that dead consciousness is preserved in the universe's fabric. Lexa reveals to her that this is the great filter and shows her humanity about to go to war, again. Bellamy comes in the middle and gives the same speech as they did initially in season 7. They stop fighting, the dimension is opened in their midst. Clarke comes out and invites everyone to the new regenerated Earth after reiterating a speech that Lexa told her about. Lexa reminded Clarke of what she learned from her on Earth, and Clarke reminded everyone about how blood must have blood will end up with all of them dead. They end up going back to Earth. With all the new technology, they are able to work up to becoming a type III civilization, having access to multiple planets in the galaxy. It ends off with Clarke saying "now what?" and Bellamy "whatever the hell we want" and a montage of everyone working together to build from the ground up creating schools, developing technology, farming, etc. And the vision Diyoza told Kane in a previous season will be playing over thier progress. With the new technology as well, they are able to keep their bodies alive and well and practically live forever using the anomaly's time dilation. Or they can join the universe consciousness through the anomaly and that's where they will "meet again." This would fit the theme of the show better since the whole premise is "if we don't stop fighting we cannot advance" without turning it into a completely different show that ends up contradicting itself when it comes to transcendence and the city of light. May we meet again.... hopefully with a better plotline.

That it’s! That’s the shows ending!! Not the crap the writers came up with! Your ending is way better and most of all is in line with the Original story and books! It follows the same themes unlike the writers version that completely deviates from the premise of the show. Season 7 (5 and 6 kinda as well) made the previous seasons completely redundant as none of the original storyline they established was there. It was like a different show. It was a different show! Your ending is what it should have been!! They should have hired you instead! The process of selecting writers for shows defo needs to be more extensive! Whoever hired these fools (looking at you Jason) needs help! Lol

I did not see Season 7 at all knowing that they killed Bellamy in hands in no less than Clarke... I just skipped. For me the ending is Season 6 and stay happily ever after and Read the books tooo... They are engaged to be married in the books and actors are married in real life.. so I have to live with that .. . What makes the ending so much worse is that Bellamy was only trying to help them the whole time but no one believed him. He just wanted them to be happy again. But clark wouldn’t trust him so he died thinking everyone hated him especially his best friend. The last time Clark held a gun to him she couldn’t do it so he thought the same would happened but instead she killed him. The show tried to make Bellamy out to be a bad guy but really he was trying to save them all. They all cried for like 30 seconds and then moved on. I understand killing a main character off but the way they killed Bellamy is so sad and heart wrenching. Bellamy didn’t even get his happy ending which he deserved. And then they killed maddy as well it was like a punch to the face. How can you kill a fan favorite that way, it doesn’t make sense. Clark killed her best friend and barely cared about it. It was such a pointless death. She never even got the book and it’s not like his death changed anything. IT WAS SO POINTLESS!!!
They didn't make him out to be the bad guy, they made him out to be a person constantly searching for meaning in all the violence. His quest for peace was a major reason why he went with Pike, it's why he chose to save who he can save in the moment and not think long term, and it's one of the main reasons he is so close to killing himself during the red sun. That desire for meaning in all of the violence is why he latched on to Clarke and it's why, when he was left to his own devices, he fell into the Disciples ideals. They finally helped find meaning in all of it.
I cried during the entire video, which is a masterpiece. Their relationship is the definition of love for me. At first I wasn’t a fan of Bellamy, I shipped Clarke and Finn. And when Finn died, I actually stopped watching the show, I was so mad. But then I watched a Bellarke video for the first time and it became obvious to me that they were soulmates. They were one of the reasons I started rewatching The 100. I still haven’t been able to watch the last season (I'm French) and I am really disappointed by the fact that they made Clarke kill her best friend, the love of her life. Bellamy didn’t deserve to die and certainly not by the hand of Clarke.

Honestly, seeing them not trust Bellamy or believing in him after everything hurts me to my core. How easily it was for them to just forget about him, that’s why my favorite reaction is Murphy’s when Clarke tells them she killed him. He says, “Clarke, he was fine when we left him, maybe a little confused but-“. He knew that Bellamy wasn’t completely Bellamy and that something had happened to him. Also, Emori wanted to hear his side, wanted to hear everything he went thru, that’s all he wanted, for them to understand him. This actually reminded me of Allison and Lydia’s friendship from Teen Wolf. What Lydia was going thru in s3 and what she was hearing was insane but Allison knew her best friend, and tells her “I believe you, after everything we’ve been through, I believe in you”. That’s all Bellamy needed. In S7, I never saw Bellamy as the bad guy, or as someone who betrayed his family, even if they wanted to portray him as such. We saw what he went through, it was real. On top of that, he was traumatized and kinda brainwashed, but still, his experience was true. Because of that, he was so confused and just needed a little bit more convincing from his family... because he knew what he saw but also wanted be on his family’s side... but they didn’t even try... and they just... abandoned him.
So much that could have been done in S7 and they went with this... Not a fan of s6 either but it’s definitely a lot better and still watchable.
Also, saw a comment about this... them labeling the relationship was just so weird and kinda cringe. They could have just had Clarke say “You’re my-“ or “You killed my-“, and leave it at that, says a loooot more, just like with April and Jackson’s relationship and last conversation from Grey’s Anatomy.
AND lastly, Bellamy could have still transcended. Everyone dead could have. The Shepard was wrong about the test, he could have also been wrong about transcendence. Octavia and Levi’s conversation could have stayed the same, everything up until the last scene, when Bellamy with other dead character’s should have appeared. May We Meet Again would have connected the whole thing up until season 1 when it was first used, but not even that.

They made it seem like lexa was always the one and that Clarke loved her most with the test and everything but Bellamy was there for her since the begging and Clarke loved him since the begging. Clarke new lexa for what? 3 months (I’m probably wrong but still a short time), it should have been Bellamy there.

clarke spent basically the same amount of time with both of them if you look at the timelines... most seasons are only about a month long ignoring time jumps)... if we're going by that logic then echo and bellamy were the best couple because they spent six years together

It's so weird seeing early season scenes after the ending. You show so beautifully how much things changed and the dynamic between Clarke and Bellamy. Tbh it seems like a completely different show comparing season 1 to season 7. Also Bellamy deserved to have a more impactful death. They robbed us of so much emotion and pain. Especially in Clarke. Why did she see lexa in the test, if we saw Bellamy, we would see Clarke's regret in killing him and as much as I love lexa it would've been way better seeing Bellamy because he was there since the beginning and even though it wouldn't have been the real Bellamy we could've seen way more emotion. They also ruined bellarke so much, like they where going towards them being together then just destroyed it in the last season.

Also why did the test show dead people. Because I feel like Clarke loves maddie more than lexa. But maybe because maddie isn't dead they didn't show alive people. Idk how it works. But it's quite sad that she got showed a partner rather than her own mother, it seems to me raven loved abby more than Clarke which is sad. But It was just an excuse to bring dead characters back for the finale.

They literally build a relationship of these two. They have built chemistry, character arc and them growing from each other. Their character development relies on one another, that’s because they are a thing in the books, their relationship does not come from nowhere, they are supposed to fall in love and yet the writers mockingly decided to built tension and not make anything from that, their relationship is somewhat empty and falls into nothingness because of the writers ego trying to provoke fans instead of staying true to their character arc in general. It does not make sense to create two characters purposely opposing each other and growing together in an obvious romantic matter and not develop that further. It’s just bad writing. In an utopian scenario where they actually end up falling in love it would make perfect sense because they were evidently building this storyline and chemistry from the very beginning. Even Bellamys death did not make sense if Clarke wouldn’t have had true romantic feelings for him because hate lies on the other side of love.
Going in further with the Clexa relationship, many Clexa fans and obsessors do not want to admit this romantic relationship between Bellamy and Clarke solemnly because the writers created Clexa for awareness of lgbtq+ because it does not exist in the books. This is by no means a critic in their relationship because it was built upon truthfully and realistically. But if we go on further we see the obsession with Clexa relies on the other side of mocking bellarke seemingly as a “straight” relationship which means going down the road of biphobia because Clarke is bisexual (meaning her relationship with Bellamy wouldn’t be a straight relationship). It’s actually Clexa’s fault that Bellarke never became a thing because the writers couldn’t make Clarke have a relationship with a man after her relationship with a woman and also because there was a great obsession happening from Clexa fans who all ignored Bellarke’s truthful story development from S1. However we can all agree that Lexa was just introduced in S2, meaning she didn’t have any relevance to Clarke as a character. Clarke didn’t have true character development with Lexa like she had with Bellamy, but the writers tried to make us believe that Clexa had more meaning than Bellarke when in fact Clexa never had true development other than just putting it in the way of Bellamy.
Also the fact that they downgraded Bellarke’s relationship development after S3 only to NOT make them romantic is just ridiculous although they were clearly written to end up together romantically. If you want to make a convincing platonic relationship why write it romantically and keep them hanging on a thread for literally 7 seasons.
Clarke would have never did that, she would have found away for save him and wouldn't have rushed his death. you could see in their eyes that they loved each other. They could have been a family.
I'm just going to imagine he's still alive and he is taking care of maddy and they are both looking over their family aka everyone that stayed. 🙃😌😔

I think what made their chemistry on screen so good are definitely the feelings of the actors itself. It's like their actual love for each other influenced the characters and made them have such a strong chemistry. The100 is most definitely the most powerful Enemys to Lovers story but since they were never really addressed like it, I just felt pity for them the whole time. I mean in every season, there was at least one time that could have turned the tables in their relationship. Actually the tables were already turned in their hearts for a long time, but since they have always been busy protecting everyone , they had no chance but to let their relationship slide and just keep going with the status quo. Season 7 was a controdicting and such a disappointing season. It really didn't show the true colors of many characters and made the end of this amazing series really hard to swallow. It's really upsetting and a shame.

WHAT WAS THE REASON? Bellamy’s death ruined S7 for me.
The characters in s7 were like completely different than the ones in the rest of the show. In s6 when Bellamy thought Clarke was dead he looked so broken but pulled it together for his people but in s7 when Clarke thought he was dead and when she actually killed him she only shed a few tears. Not like her at all.

kind if wish in the finale episode, during the test after clarke failed that that light reveals that when bellamy touched the light in episode 11, the species was able to save his spirit so clarke would be able to talk to him one last time. maybe for forgivness or maybe one final drink before the end of everything.
you may have heard what Bob has said in his October Meet and Greet's as part of New York Comic Con. That basically Bellarke was written all along as romantic and that's how they played them and that they were supposed to be endgame until Jason changed the script during season 7.
So I Found a petition for "we want the original version of Season 7". Madi and Bellamy did not deserve the horrible endings and torture that they got.

I think this is the best story ever. I love these characters and I love their story off the set, it's like a fairy tale watching them makes me feel good
their love was on a different level. to love each other, to deeply want to be more than platonic but to never act on their feelings that WE ALL KNEW THEY HAD (everyone except them), to have this strong love that wasn't endgame. to write such a beautiful love story, like a poem, only for it to end in sorrow, deep sadness. undeniable faith in each other. such strength in forgiveness. no matter what they did, they always forgave each other. to understand each other without words. to bear the burden together. no hesitation. they never stopped fighting for each other. never gave up on each other. to always bargain themself to save the other. losing each other wasn't an option. they couldn't live in worlds without each other.
literally bawling my eyes out rn bc im on s7 and just watched s7:e13. i will never feel resolve or content about the way the 100 ended. each of the core, main characters deserved to find peace and true joy at the end. all those that we lost along the way during this show deserved to be an endgame character.
