KT FREAKING TUNSTALL!! Some artists have somehow managed to stay humble, down to earth, collaborative, fun, and easy going despite WILD success and INSANE TALENT. KT is one of those artists. I was blown away by just how *NICE* she was. We gelled like she had been a member of the band for years. It was so refreshing and relieving to meet an artist as talented and real. What a dream come true. Hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it.
Jack, your video is so great on this! Well done over and over again. Happy, happy now I gotta go back and listen/watch all over again...ok, bye.......

OMG! This was so amazing. I'm so grateful for what you've shared. Even though practicing as a musician decades ago on a substantially lower level, even though not really knowing who KT is and her body of work, it was so exciting, this share of YOUR appreciation and excitement - seeing that stratospheric thrill of emotions in the production something moving - something in which someone you revered appreciated the value-added of who you are in contributing to her repertoire of what she is most proud of. I first saw KT Tunstall live when she worked with Oi Va Voi. So long ago. She and Sophie Solomon were so great. I liked so much her soulful way of singing and the way she moved on stage.
Your comment compelled me to search for Oi Va Voi here on YT. Never heard of them before, but I absolutely love the tunes she did with them!

I have to tell you how much it means to see a Zero 7 fan, as I personally don't know any (live in Brazil); I mean, I can't even describe what goes through me when I just walk on the street with no place to go listening to it: an eye-opener for something I can see but not describe. Maybe I will someday, who knows?

Ya'all are awesome! I hope to play bass with ya'all one day (which means that Nick [hero] would have to be busy, and so would the rest of your list of kick ass bassists...nevertheless, one has to have dreams! oh and watch out for "Kick and the Hug" cuz we recorded in L.A. and the singer/songwriter and guitarist/producer are finishing tracks back east and one of these days it'll drop)

I would call "That thing" that she was referring to when she was talking about what a group of people have when they play together, as a "vibe" or "chemistry", because it is the same connection that people have together in other things that they can just connect and in a lot of ways there needs to not be words to explain things like that because it is something that isn't scientific, but artistic. and using another part of the brain (alright, maybe the mathematic, but that's kind of in the background if you are really vibing and have a true connection with the band/those who you work together with that it just seems to feel like you're thinking as one entity😊).
