If a person gets caught shoplifting and was added to the SOI database, will the system also detect him in other shops? Or is the SOI database limited to the suspects I added myself?

Hi can you please help me out I have a hikvision facial reader that doesnt shows/notify you if it's authenticated but it grants access... I have tried updating firmwares but it doesn't seem to resolve the problem

Thanks for the educational vid. Interesting product/service.
So if I understand correctly, you can blacklist, or possibly whitelist a VIP SOI and be notified by the app.
What the subscription fee and equipment cost roughly?
Can that notification be sent to multiple staff at the same time?
Is this an option for onsite NVRs as well?
I like the variety and options for the Hikvision products, but find it difficult to find quality information and education on how to best match and use the huge variety of equipment they have.
