Hello my friends. How are you doing? I hope you're doing well. In this video I am Building a Sleeping Loft in my Homestead. I install the floor from boards that I prepared in the summer, so they are sufficiently dry and this will prevent the appearance of cracks that may form over time. I also made a wooden hatch that will serve as the main entrance to the second floor.
In the new episode, I will make a staircase or folding ladder so that i can conveniently climb to the second floor. I will also install an entrance door and start building an internal partition for a separate room.

As you can see in the video, I got a dog. I hesitated for a long time, but still I decided to do it. And that was my best decision. He brings me a lot of joy and the feeling of loneliness has disappeared. That's why I named him "JOY" I will give him the best dog life. I am sure that his presence will delight not only me, but also you.
This is a Border Collie breed created in Great Britain. Belongs to herding breeds.
He is now 3 months old

Lovely dog! The cabin is coming along so well. A real pleasure to see such craftsmanship these days. Curious to see what you come up with for the front door. You could whip up a nice bake oven outside as well.
That is a nice selection of tools you showed. The company does excellent work. Wooden dough bowls here are longer and more shallow with a good slant on the ends for easier mixing but no charring inside. Had to laugh, making the bowl and then the bread is just showing off.(just joking)

If you ever need to hallow out a log like that in the future you can use hot coals from your fire and a bit of tinfoil to burn out the middle. Then youll just need to use your tools for the finish work.
Btw if anyone here is wondering I have one of those axes. Its hands down the best camping axe I own. Holds its edge forever and sharpens easily. Plus the handle is pretty comfortable
