      hi dave
i was slowly getting there with all the tech for the ecos esu after this i was going to look at block detection but never got that far.
thank you for the nice comments as always.

Hi Peter, Another new toy to play with 😁 I'd be very interested to to see a video on this once you have got it working, more of a how you did it rather than a proper in and outs. we are all modellers learning from each other, so much better to see others experience rather than get bogged down with the tech jargon. All the best Tony

      Hi Tony
Well you will be pleased to know that I have sussed out how to do it I've just finished doing all the wiring and soldering of the signals.
So I hope to have a video on how it works and what to do in the next few days so stay tuned.

This sounds pretty cool to use. Are you also using JMRI and some form of block detection? - Jason

      Hi jason
Firstly very nice to here from you.
The switchpilot is controlling 3 signals and one spare port free but I might have a use for it.
And the switchpilot is controlled via my ecos esu command station.
And I will be in the future going into block detection but waiting until I can afford the initial detector and the extension in one hit.

@@chelmswoodjunction ok thanks for the info. I have used something similar in the past. My video titled hotrodrodneychallenge actually has a clip towards the end where you can watch the signals automatically change with block detection, so I was just curious if that works the same way. Thanks for sharing.

      Hi jason
The ecos wouldn't turn the signal back to read automatically but I've not delved that far into the ecos yet but you never know it might be able to.
