- Thea can be your ONLY Healer for Gold League Guild War!
In this video, I use "Max Testing" to defeat every hero team that our Gold League Guild War opponent had on defense. You can see in the bottom right corner of the video what my Tree of Wisdom was ranked up to.
Note that I am not saying in this video that Thea is THE BEST healer, only that she's "good enough" to use against all of these defensive teams.

Interesting approach. One thing you may not be entirely aware of is that the newcomer Mushy/Shroom can be SCARILY effective against Yasmine. MS can be extremely durable when maxed out, which means MS can render Yasmine's poison dagger useless (especially once clones are activated). MS can also land blows on Yasmine's shadow form, which means Yasmine damages herself attacking MS just like attacking Helios.
One of the opponents used Mushy & Shroom! But I'll check it out
Thea's favorite song is The Sound of Silence
Kayla in my opinion is the hardest hitter I've hit for as high as 3.5 million damage
I happen to have thea at level 130, all skills maxed and she does a great job on my team, while I am trying to bring maya, martha, and celeste up to her.
Thea is another Hero that is only really good with maximum investment (all artifacts, glyphs, skins, Asgard, etc. maxed). Dante and Aurora are the same, legacy heroes that need 5 skins to compete with newer heroes that need way less investment.
Which newer healer would you recommend instead? Or are you referring to
Martha? Aidan?
@@HeroWarsCentral He means Thea is one of those heroes that generally needs to be maxed out to really be effective (like Dante or Aurora) - but I disagree, however she becomes insanely strong with ascension abilities, that I do agree with. Compared to like Dorian or Martha - Who can be effective even with low investment.
@@HeroWarsCentral Martha, Celeste and Dorian all work better with partial investment. I don't have a lot of experience with Aidan, but when teamed with Kayla, they are very tough even when not maxed.
You mentioned newer heroes, Celeste and Dorian have been around for almost 4 years. But yea Martha is as good or better in most of these fights with significantly less investment
@@HeroWarsCentral My point was these legacy heroes, like Thea, are often put on a back shelf, because they don't work well at higher levels After a rework, new skins, and/or unlocked Ascension skills, suddenly they are again viable, but require massive investment. I put her aside in my first year, and went with Martha and Celeste, later adding Dorian. Unlike most support Heroes, Thea needs massive investment to work as well as, or better than Martha.
A newer hero, like Iris or Isaac, was highly effective when introduced, and only needed two or three skins to compete at the highest levels. No one would use newer heroes if they needed 5 skins to be useful. Given the choice of building Cleaver or Julius, the newer Hero wins out by requiring far fewer skin stones.

I am just wondering. How many maxed heroes are needed to deal with a variety of deadly teams ? Can I get by with one main team plus a few extras to change things up or do I need like 15 or so maxed heroes ?
For Thea players, question? Thea is about 7th in my healers to grow after martha, helios, jet, celeste, maya, etc,. My question is I 1st used thea after rework on one of lesser teams on asgard & noticed when doing her ultimate, she goes to full screen animation. While there is a tiny skip button in upper rh side, it deters time to manually play battle for luxury of graphics, is this an issue for manual players?
