That was awesome! Proud of Michael for being so brave to hike with you!! I hope he wasn't too sore the next day!

Not ALL of my hikes are strenuous or long. Hiking is for everyone! He’s an excellent trekking partner.

You two together on screen have great chemistry. I laughed with you! Very well edited! Makes me want to go hike now 😂

Michael has been one of my good friends for a long, long time. Too bad I wasn't making videos when we went to Dollywood. Maybe we should re-create that trip. It was THE BEST.

Wow, you knocked it out of the park with this video, loved it! The bread bag stories are classic. Michael is a good sport , you two are great in this video

Did you guys use bread bags in the US? They were a staple in our winter wardrobes here in the Maritimes!

@@dawnywanders I’ve heard of it, although I was mostly in the city as a kid. We had these timberland type knockoff boots , they were supposed to be waterproof, but weren’t 🤣

Hey Dawn, hey Michael. Mike has the idea, hotdogs and bologna over a fire. Great hike guys, great chat.

Thanks, Kenny! We kept our eyes peeled for wild bologna but didn’t see any. Guess they haven’t migrated this way from Cape Breton yet.

When those pictures of the trail maps there I often take photos too so I can use it as a reference if I need it. I often use All Trails APP too.
Wow that gorge was pretty steep , not every day you can hike with gun shots in the background lol.
Lol yeah no one comes with experience.
Michael has a great sense of humor , your two way conversation was funny I found myself laughing out loud several times.
We didn't have the winter we normally have here in Newfoundland this year, I had planned on more hot tenting , had my tent in place and set up early but winter was uncooperative lol.
English muffin bag , the better fit lol.
Yep like Michael I used bread bags in the past lol.
I prefer loops too new scenery all the way no repeats. I'm the same way when I hike I seldom want to stop although hot dogs and Bologna sounds good lol, especially if it mightbe moose Bologna lol. I see more hiking in Michael's future. Actually its something I got away from last year hoping to do more this year. Great Hike guys.

Thanks for watching! The gun shots were an added element of excitement. And comedy! After a minute we didn't really notice them anymore, but I thought they were funny throughout the video. Especially since we were just ignoring them, lol
Glad to know the bread bag trick was (is?) used all over Atlantic Canada!
