i like that in Blender you can track and do your 3d modeling work. Currently, I use Boujou as my tracking software (great results mind you), and then export that data and into Maya - as can be seen in my videos on my channel.

Bro, I think your system is not good. Upgrade it. But if your system is going well then your scene is huge. If the scene is small then the blend file have problems create a new one...
Bro I m also a beginner with lap gtx 1650 , simplify viewport and reduce samples very low like 4,5 Yeah it is extremely low but it makes our learning process fun and motivating ,I think it is better than demotivating hours of render time not a pro tip😅
