Thank you very much for this in depth analysis but in brief. Fortunately around 2014/2015 , I visited their Taloja works for their one capital requirement, and was impressed by their automated plant with less overhead as well as range of products. I had already decided to apply to their IPO.

Although this specific industry has high entry barriers so the competition would be capital intensive and slow, thereby having a good advantage of being an established player.
Both , the import and export percentage of their raw material and sale geography, outside India poses currency risks and steel import policies on which their operating performance will be dependent.
I would rather wait and see how they perform over a 3 year period after listing ( for medium term investment) . IPO can be subscribed for short term and listing pop situations.

Thats because this company is manipulating sales. Sales have been inflated just for pumping up profits. So probably debtors must have been increased. But actual reliasation must be less.
