I had the pleasure to spend the day with Megan Campell. The best female football throw-in taker - who´s also beating all the men. - Sport
Those throw-ins she does is game changing, I've been watching Ireland - England five days ago, I stumbled upon the legend that is Megan Campbell.
And boy, she throws those balls with enough speed that you can just extend the ball trajectory with the head and it will go in. Literally amazing! She is better with throw ins than any male I've ever seen. I hope it doesn't strain her muscles too much, I wish her the best!

She’s got an absolutely monster throw, but most of the longer ones are fouls, as demonstrated with the first in this video.

@@ThomasThrowin much like travel in professional basketball, foul throw are rarely called, especially on long ones, that downs mean it’s not a foul. Both feet need to be planted at time of delivery, her’s are most definitely not on the very first throw of this vid or some of the more popular long ones that she’s gone viral for. It’s the same for a ton of the males as well with bombs for throws, I’ve made the same comments in this regard. It’s still a foul.

I remember my team, Tranmere, had probably the first proper long throw player in David Challinor. Do you know if he threw as far as Meghan? She's amazing!

It surprises me that a professional throw in coach doesn't spot that ever single throw in this video is a foul throw. On every single throw she raises her back (right) foot before she realises the ball, it's everytime. She doesn't drag the foot at all, in which case would save it, making it legal. She doesn't have both feet planted at the time of the delivery. Great throw but she doesn't get the same distance with a legal technique.
She slides the last foot over the ground, and has both feet on the ground at the release of the ball.
What happens before or after doesn’t matter. Legal.
