Toast is not uber-famous, but famous enough for the fan interactions to be a small pleasant amount. Most other huge famous celebrities behave that way because they literally would never be able to finish taking pictures from fans in every outing.
I love how eager Toast wants to interact with his fans, but I don't think it's fair to look down on other celebrities who behave like that.

Which is their wish. They are not inclined to give their free time. Especially since there's a lot of people usually asking for it and if they greet one fan others expect the same as if the celebrity owes them attention and time. I believe outside of the celebrity's work (yt, livestreaming, acting, singing etc) the fans really do not need to interrupt the person's time if they are not okay with it.

Not only do you have to stand around in hot costumes all day, but you are required to know pretty much any question that could be asked of you that your character should know. You have to stay in character the whole time and I believe Disney makes people live in certain housing as well that is close to the park. There is actually a cool behind the scenes documentary video about becoming a princess at Disneyland on YT.
