At the instant shown, determine the velocity and acceleration of the passenger at C.

    What about the velocity of C w.r.t B (C = radius X angular velocity) because C is rotating w.r.t B?

    I think if you write the equations Vb=Va..... and Vc =Vb... and substitute the first into the second you get a different result because you dropped the Rb/a. I'm no expert though. I wrote out the acceleration in the same way.
