This looks awesome, Out of curiosity do you happen to remember the width between the walls where the screen is? Im struggling to figure out a layout in my small basement its 21ft wide by 28 long ( excluding a utility section ) and unfortunately will 3 columns down the middle. Your videos are giving me hope for my small basement.
QUiKSR20 to be honest Pat did not remember the exact width unfortunately, but he told me to let you know that the seats should be placed somewhere between 1.3 and 1.5 from the screen....meaning if you have a 100 inch screen, times that by 1.5....so that would be 150 inches to the perfect seat. Hope this helps you in some way!

i believe it was around 18k with the french doors, open staircase, level flooring for seats, bar, etc...doesn't include the personal items like home theatre chairs etc

This particular basement cost around 18,000 with painting not included in that cost, as we always include painting as an option in our estimates. Also, please note that this includes all the upgrades this customer got. Platform for the theater, 2 built ins, glass French doors, opening of his stairs, wrought iron spindles, etc. This also does not include any of the home owner supplied items, such as the home theater seating and the bar he purchased!
