that was interesting, we cut diwn some sheet metal straps and attach them bent around the frame rubing.l.woah...i know that works, and i assume you or somebody calculated the loads and dinensions.l.hopefully.l,but itls basically 1890 design ...and i don,t want to know about rust,,those surfaces are always prone to scarfing and oxidation...well, all hinges are in some way🤷♀️but i will nit round up my wooden frames and strap cut down sheet metal around it nor soak it in creoil afterwards...but interesting! 🤔thanks, sometimes stuff is so simpke and a reliable design..l

Your welcome. It's just PLA I have found 6 top,bottom and side layers with 25-50% infill makes a very stiff durable die.
