- Neighbors in a Mesa neighborhood are taking competition to the next level as they decorate for Halloween. These decorations may aim to scare, but it's done the opposite by bringing out friendly neighbors from across the East Valley to the neighborhood.

Less is more. I appreciate the competition, but it’d really just a spending contest. Who can buy more. I’d like to see more creativity, versus just adding all the decorations you can find.

I know where that is I wish I was still there.. please rent more rooms to good people whom want to live in that wonderful state.. the rent is going up there too. Rent the rooms and apartments to the ones whom need them most, like the disabled veterans ones in the world and the disabled people whom are working. I miss Arizona so much..
