Watched your stories too and I agree. I am still on a lookout to find an Indian cosmetic brand where at least 60% of their products should be worth investing. And there is none I found so far. Lakme and Maybelline are in similar price range , but product wise, Maybelline is way better than Lakme. This is really unfortunate. Also, Indian skincare brands are doing amazing, Plum , juicy chemistry, suganda there are many. But there is a long way to go for Indian cosmetic brands to give us good products in affordable price. Even if price is not a factor, none of the homegrown brands have products like smashbox or Mac . It's high time Indian makeup companies better their product quality and come up with good products like wet n wild or milani , both are bomb drugstore brands.

There's no problem in using high end lipsticks. I think you should switch to cruelty free. Being a beauty blogger, why don't you focus on cruelty free products only ? It's your job to guide your followers about it. Millions of animals die due to animal testing. Your promotion of cruelty free products will create awareness and people will become more cautious of what they're buying!

Watched your stories too and I agree. I am still on a lookout to find an Indian cosmetic brand where at least 60% of their products should be worth investing. And there is none I found so far. Lakme and Maybelline are in similar price range , but product wise, Maybelline is way better than Lakme. This is really unfortunate. Also, Indian skincare brands are doing amazing, Plum , juicy chemistry, suganda there are many. But there is a long way to go for Indian cosmetic brands to give us good products in affordable price. Even if price is not a factor, none of the homegrown brands have products like smashbox or Mac . It's high time Indian makeup companies better their product quality and come up with good products like wet n wild or milani , both are bomb drugstore brands.
