- Jayson Tatum dropped 31 points last night as the Boston Celtics cruised to a 139-96 win over the Kyrie Irving led Brooklyn Nets. Jaylen Brown added 26 points for Boston while Kyrie Irving was the Nets leading scorer with 20. The Celtics' Robert Williams said Tatum and Brown are on a mission this year, saying after the game quote, “they’re hungry. Apparently Tatum turns the ball over too much. However, out of all the top scorers in the league this year, Tatum actually averages LESS turnovers than them which includes SGA, Embiid, Giannis, Lillard, Lebron, and Luka. Not only that, but he is ALWAYS playing. He hardly ever misses games and he is consistently on the floor for them.
Finally some love for Orlando. I know we still have a lot of work but they are young with a lot of young talent and they are a long team

Best thing about this was the lil bouquet of flowers the Magic got. Bout time people start taking notice of what that young team is doing. They beat the Celtics in back to back nights IN BOSTON. Of course over a 7 game series you would have to side with the Celtics of taking it, but dont sleep on Orlando, as soon as they start getting into the dance they might shock some people.
Yea but adding Malcolm Brogdon in the offseason was the signing of the offseason for them, and makes them so deep, and not only can they get it done offensively between what Tatum and Brown gives them plus whtever from the rest of the guys, and the defense they now have after adding Brogdon and their ability to guard the outside and guard the best Guards in the league with Brogdon, Whyte and Smart, their gna be there again most likely unless either Giannis or Embiid just completely dominates the playoffs!!! And I'm pulling for my guy Embiid and my Sixers, but Embiid is gna have to be a megastar and average about 35 a night in the playoffs and Harden is gna have to score and do it efficiently as well as being the playmaker and passer he's been lately getting everyone involved and almost averaging 10 assists a game, and having 2 games this season with 20+ assists, but our shooters are gna have to shoot well in the postseason. Tatum is an MVP, but as a whole- even with the depth, the best record and big wins like this dotting the reg season so far…there have been two or three significant head scratching stretches so far this season, particularly against the warriors, magic for some reason, that stretch against the West, and how Cleveland matches up with them is worth noting.
