      @@ykareee3205 Causes:
      Text height is to small.
      Solution:
      Adjust the Text height of the Text appearance in the affected Dimension Style.
      Go to Ribbon > Dimension pull-down menu > Dimension Style Manager, or use the DIMSTYLE command.
      Select the style in use and click on Modify... .
      Go to the Text tab and adjust the Text height accordingly.
      Confirm with OK and Close.
      just make the height of the text bigger

    How do you get your diameter dimensions to have two arrows?

  • @flipc6081
    @flipc6081 Před rokem +8

    Ripping my hair out with Auto CAD Web. Every video on youtube shows ppl with full versions. My dimension lines display in inches and I need feet. There is no way I can find that will change the added dimension to display, lets say 12'. Displays 144". Annoying and may just cancel my subscription. Only need to generate blueprints once in a blue moon so buying full version isn't happening.

    Just learning AutoCAD and in dimensioning, I cannot get the diameter dimension line to span the width of the diameter as you show in your video. I’ve gone into settings to see what I can change, but to no avail. It always shows as a small leader, then arrow to the edge. Can you suggest new settings somewhere? Thanks

    This was very good. I am a newbee and installed AutoCAD 2022. I was following some online tutorials. I was doing well until yesterday I used Dimension Styles. I noticed DIM-25 was there and today it is gone. It was there with Annotated and Standard. Now gone? Is this easy to recover?

    Why would dimensions not reflect the true length? I have a 22 foot wall showing as 1' 10"

    • @Cadintentions
      @Cadintentions  Před 2 lety

      Hmm, it can be a variety of issues, but it sounds like your drawing/setting are likely set to inches instead of feet. 22 inches would work out to 1'10".

    • @smileyfries_
      @smileyfries_ Před rokem

      I number with “ after it means inches and a number with a ‘ after it mean feet. For example, 5’9” would mean 5 feet 9 inches. To convert that to the metric system you could just look up a conversion thing online
