Yes, nourish yourself with by eating healthy food, drinking water, listening to classical music and focusing on thoughts of kindness, responsibility, honesty, health, respect and thought provoking discussion with people who love themselves.

@@jasonblack6142 I'd be careful of believing that, consider the parallel world, what grows best , plants and trees in polluted toxic soil, or trees and plants in healthy organic, nutrient rich soil that is not killed off and sterile from over use of pesticides!

Few yrs ago I was completely hooked on tv. But I am no longer dependent on tv and scary movies, sex alcohol etc. I use the internet for learning. My life completely changed. I highly recommend it.
I have suffered severe anxiety. Epileptic seziure. Addiction to Benzo, restlessness, depression & fear of the unknown. Now I'm slowly stabilising.

Well explained Hans. I meditate a lot to let go of my thoughts and walking a lot in nature to see the beauty of live. Take time to be in silence and go inside you heart to find the real answers you have. Know that you more than a human body and try to let go of your ego in this live even we need to have a little ego to survive. thats ok :) Remember the universe is inside you and you are the universe.

I haven't done meditation and am reluctant to, because I find it hard to believe that you can find answers to ALL your pressing questions just by relaxing your mind. How are you supposed to receive these answers ? Do they come to you automatically or do you have to ask them ? How are they transmitted to you ? I bet they're not via spoken words as we do in our reality.

i got bored the other day, was great! it was because i just stopped drinking 4 weeks earlier, i use to use alcohol to kill the boredom and in doing so fell away from myself and my life purpose, becoming bored is now motivation to work on the skills i need for my life purpose. i knew the boredom was a positive and here is a video to confirm that. I am listening to my cosmic helpers and am leaving my dark lost past behind and staying connected to my truth and moving forward in soul purpose.

hans you make very authentic spiritual videos. i dont play video games and i dont enjoy most movies that are based on violence and terror. i avoid unhealthy and unnatural foods at all costs. i dont watch porn. i've been meditating a lot and i am trying to control intrusive thoughts. this video made me realize a lot about the way i used to be.
one thing i know for sure is that i want to rise up against my problems and purify my soul. i feel that it is a blessing to have gone through hell while on earth because like you said my body gives me a buffer so that i can focus on healing. i dont want to stray from God ever again in any kind of realm but i want to stick around on earth here just to teach others about these things.
i love your videos. you put out the best content that balances the spiritual things with the worldly things. i would consider you some kind of a prophet or something like that. blessings.

Bored with my life it's the same routine over and over. Sometimes you have to have some fun and excitement in your life instead of the same boring routine. I think I definitely have these symptoms of what this guy is talking about. Not so much anxiety but boredom for sure . More bored then anxious.
I try to always watch positive shows or read positive books. I also redirect negative thoughts or just let them float through and not entertain them. Next time I have feeling come up, I am going to sit and listen to what my soul is trying to tell me. Thank you Hans for another great video!!💜🙏💜

Peggy Harris it is interesting. A lot of Spiritual teachers on you tube talk about the dangers of internet and electronic devices being addictions for many people in today’s time. But ironically they are on you tube themselves with a plethora of videos they’ve uploaded. I guess some internet can be beneficial to our soul?
Mr. Hans, When I'm asked about my beliefs or religion I simply answer that I'm spiritual because I believe life is made up of vibrations and frequencies but ofcourse, I believe in an omnipotent force which is God. There's no gatherings for people like me where I'm from so its nice watching your like-minded videos to further my learning. Thank you!

You sir are amazing and your teachings have made me become a lot more humble with my life as a young adult Male. So much of what you have talked about throughout your videos have answered so many of the questions I've ask myself from a child till now yet it all makes sense I've always been a Believer growing up in the churches but still always left with so many questions that were left unanswered and not understanding everything is what causes the gray areas of confusion but now at this point in my life all I can really feel is hope and love and compassion a lot of the mean nasty things I've done growing up cease to exist and even though I deal with the same challenging aspects of everyone else I still want only love kindness and forgiveness from myself and the others around me some of the things that are so hard to obtain at this day and age and after binge-watching about 10 of your videos leaves me hungry for more and leaves me feeling with wanting to share and express my love towards others even harder so for this I thank you
