Exactly this is what I’ve been telling people. Man are loosing hair at a more rapid rate because we are cutting our hair way to often and hair needs time to grow. You continue cutting it and hair gonna be like ok this is what you like bet I got you. But we all want that fresh cut and will continue doing this. People with hair will continue cutting up until they loose they hair. Man stop cutting your hair so often go for a trim instead

@@reecek4950 I used finasteride for a year or two and im pretty sure it stopped my hair from falling out so fast but not without an insane few months of shedding.
Make finasteride your last resort tho cause it comes with a shit ton of side effects.
My hair is really healthy now and here’s what I think helped me.
Multivitamin- 100% overall just good for your health
Working out- you aren’t gonna have healthy hair If you yourself aren’t healthy
Shampoo- I’ve messed with a few different brands of shampoo and a lot of people swear by Nioxin but I found this brand called Cremo and it really does a good job of making my hair look thicker.
Conditioner- tbh I don’t really use conditioner that much anymore but when applying conditioner poor it into your hand and then add a little bit of water to it so it isn’t so thick. Conditioner is like a thick gluey substance and every time I put it in my hair it would rip out hair while I’m rubbing it in.
A fucking haircut- Christ when my hair is long it looks like I have the hairline of a crack addict. When it’s short though it’s like a perfect square hairline
Face reality- I haven’t seen a single person I grew up with (or few people in general) that have the same hair/hairline when they were 16, It’s a part of growing. your hair might not even be falling out but is more than likely just “maturing”
Just wanted to put my thoughts because I know how stressed I was when I was looking up all this shit lmao.
