- Christopher Julius Rock II, (also known as Julius) was portrayed by Terry Crews. Julius is the caring, devoted, easygoing, levelheaded, but very worrywart, cowardly, frugal, stingy, and cheap father of a 46-year-old. Julius has two jobs a newspaper delivery man and a security guard. As a result of being extra worried, mostly overspending too much money, Julius' behavior becomes particularly inconsiderate of his family, frequently appearing ridiculous and angering his wife, Rochelle.

I watch this show almost every year and I’m 24 and this my favorite show help me with stress, and help me relax just feeling the vibes of the cast how passionate they performed each role. This show deserve so much more awards

I’m my opinion, Chris and Julius have the best relationship. As his oldest, he did his best to mold Chris to a young man for that time and Chris made it clear he looked up to his father. Even when Chris messed up, he taught him a lesson the best way a man could.

I also noticed that he be letting Rochelle get away with stuff that Rochelle wouldn't if the roles were reversed.

I hate how the show portrays Julius to be the “bAD gUy” when he tells Tanya to not play over his tapes when he has TWO JOBS, a family of FIVE to take care of, and when he just wants to have a break from the tiring job he gets yelled at because “tHaTS mEaN” annoying ass, plus she’s a jerk to Chris, and is THE FAVORITE of the three smh
