- G,day guys👍🏻 Today is the last of this three part series in this rock pool, I found gold and silver rings💍 on all three hunts, I hope you enjoyed this series and learned alot👍🏻 Rockpools are a great beginners entry level for underwater metal detectorists wanting to hunt the open water 💦 one day☀️. There's no rush to water detecting and it can be really DANGEROUS so take care out there👍🏻.

Well...you have me hooked! I just may get my detector dusted off again, but then I never was very good! I tried some beaches but only found 30 cents and it cost 6 dollars for parking, so I quit. LOL! I'll just watch you!

When you were pushing the sand in the rocks out of the way I swear I see other things that look valuable I do you have the best eyes because I don’t know how you pick all the stuff from the rubbish or the shells from the gold or whatever! It’s so much fun watching you do this!

Good advice there re: Blue bottles & hunting - Maybe some of the novices might benefit from some Water Safe Tips, too (there seems to be a spate of nasty incidents recently) pointing out the hidden dangers -- folk rush from the cities to the water without realizing that it can be dangerous as well as FUN! I'm in Townsville annnnnd its not a good idea to go detecting in the water here off the strand, we have the occasional croc that likes to say hello every now and then, LOL, BUT we do have a rock pool. should be fun to try, thanks for the tips.

Nice rings Michael..... congrats.... also a couple of older coins...cool.... My I make a suggestion... you use GoPro's correct? If so you may want to try to set the view to linear.... gets rid of the fisheye look that is inherent of GoPro. Take care and ATB to you. GL&HH

I absolutely love your videos. I wish I could do the same thing. I hope that you strike it big really soon. It's so quiet underwater. No traffic roaring or crowds of people. I have dreams that I'm diving and finding treasure or that I'm somewhere dark out in the forest picking up rings and jewelry. Is it alright that I live my life vicariously through you?

The surf is looking a little rough mate. That's some old coins right there. I'm surprised they are still there to find considering how old they are. Always something out to sting or bite us here in Australia.

I look forward to your posts and I wished I lived near waters like yours where I could do the same. I need to lose weight badly!! I equate your hunt area like this pool to what gold miners in rivers call riffles where the riffles catch the heavier items from the movement of the river. You found some nice old rings and coins. Have you found any rare coins and what were they worth??

I grew up on the ocean and I was told never to wear jewelry in the water because you are apt to lose it and it also sparkles like a lure.
