    Hi Robert, good to see your op went ok and all will be well. Great progress on the end to end layout, the Jinty was going through the points quite well at crawling speeds. The noise from your Manor is baffling to say the least. Nice work on the platform, making the templates and testing the coaches worked perfectly. Cheers, Paul.👍👍🙏

      Hi Paul,
      Yes the op went very well and its now looking a lot better than in this video so cheers for watching and your very nice comments. The Manor is indeed strange but she does work well all the time so maybe a call to Accurascale to see what they say is on the cards. I hope you are ok and its nice to see you running your trains keep it up.
      Cheers Robert.

    Blimey didnt realise you were due an operation, and what a relief nothing to worry about.
    Great job on platform, I would have done exactly the same on the edging. May I suggest matt varnishing the plaform all over to help prevent warping.

    Dear Robert,
    The video is very nice. Spend the 6 weeks quietly because you will see that as your surgeon says it is certainly benign. A friend of mine operated on him but how cancerous he is they warn after a few days, so the more time passes the more you are calm. Don't send Cookham Manor back to where she came from. When she runs at normal speed, the noise is hardly heard at all. I'd be devastated if she never ran on your railway again, please give her the benefit of the doubt. I love her with all my heart and soul. Glad to see Jimmy the Jinty and the Large Prairie Tank Engine running, but Cookham Manor is the one I love most of all. Glad your head op went well, I'm glad my appointment has been rearranged for Wed. 17th July, 1pm. I didn't fancy attending three days before my 42nd birthday, Sat. 6th July. Lots of love and kisses from me to Cookham Manor. You've no idea what seeing her run on your railway means to me.

    • @robertstrainset6556
      @robertstrainset6556  Před 5 dny

      Hi Kelly,
      I do not think that the noise the Manor makes is a problem but if it is she will be repaired under Accurascale's lifetime warranty so do not worry and yes unlike the smelly class 60 the noise goes as speed rises unlike the 60 we will see what the manufactorers say. Thank you for watching and your very nice comments and my wound is healing very well and looks a lot better now than in this video also it nice you can have your appointment changed as you can just enjoy your birthday with time to spare before it.
      Cheers Robert.

      Hi Andy,
      Yes a local anesthetic as if not you have to spend upto 2 days in hospital to recover as for now the wound looks so much better than in this video and only hurt for that couple of days so all good very happy. Hi Alan,
      Thanks for watching and your very nice and helpful comments and yes stay alives or electro frog points would sort it but how often do you run a loco this slow for a lot of time and just going a couple of MPH faster will sort it so I was happy with how the Jinty did and a bit more work to find the problem going backwards and I will be happy. How are you doing with yours and can we expecrt another video from you soon? Hope you are keeping well and enjoying sorting out your railway which does run well indeed.
      Cheers Robert.
