The reason why I think this voice is Jungkook is because, when he says hi again, he immediately says "It's Jin". Jimin was talking with Jin this whole time so why would Jin need to say that when Jimin knows he's talking to him. You don't have a conversation for a bit then out of nowhere you say its me(insert name). The person talking to you already knows who their talking to so why introduce yourself? Unless, your trying to make the person on the other end of the phone call believe that you are who you say you are. Also, the the phone call sounds like two different voices. Jins voice is definitely in the beginning sounding all tired. But, then this energetic and low voiced "Hi" comes in. It just doesn't sound like the same person at all.
