I admire this man's honesty so much. He has shared all of his vulnerabilities with us. I feel less alone with my struggles because of Mr. Frye. I am certain that others do too.
I could listen to Stephen for hours in rapt attention. What a storyteller, what a treasure. Looooove him
Stephen Fry is always a joy!
What a Bundle of aware and loving Life-force is Stephen Fry: highly-intelligent + knowledgeable; enthusiastic, wise, deep; so alive, forthright, sensitive + playful; and, crucially, naturally interested in the other person...; all!
Glad to hear you are fit and healthy Stephen
The idea of a Greek Myth Blackadder is great! Stephen as Zeus, with it being slightly more than 10 years before Rowan returns to Penelope, such a wonderful toy box of ideas to play with. It’s a genuine shame it’ll never happen. Ah to dream :)
Steven Fry is a real gentleman. Intelligent and wise. 🌹

Thank you for this. I've missed Stephen Fry on QI and just hearing him talk about things. More, please?
Mr. Fry is always a wonderful interview could listen to him for hours! But your headline is very misleading I bet many who went to the site were anxious to hear what plans he & his best friend Hugh Laurie had coming up for another joint effort! That would be such a thrill to their many followers! Instead it's clear there are no such plans in the works! Too bad!
Thanks for the tip. Hope of a reunion is exactly why I came here.
Stephen Fry reveals Hugh Laurie reunion plans: none.
Why use misleading headline and disappoint viewers?
I visited the ruins of Troy in Turkey, phenomenal place. Whether the war happened is a debate, but the city existed.
Loved him in Bones!
Love Stephen 😍, so moist and fluffy 😊
I wish back in high school Stephen fry was my history teacher.
Love the Vaultboy intelligence bobblehead. Most appropriate 😊
Could have been such an enjoyable interview if the sound engineer had done their job. Interviewer’s levels fine. Mr Fry was almost inaudible for much of the time.
Clickbait headline.
Volume is way too low guys.
The volume is so low that it's exhausting to attempt to hear it.
very misleading title to this video, but an otherwise delightful interview
Love Stephen, disliked for the clickbait.
I thought jenny falcner was dead
Surely she meant "Greek" and not "Latin". Homer, was a Greek poet after all, and his Iliad was written in ancient Greek. As usual, Stephen Fry is far too polite to correct her but I'm not Stephen Fry.
She might just mean very old classical stories, not specifically that one I guess.
Let's examine the clues. She actually said "books like this", rather than this book, which could mean the Aeneid, for example, so not necessarily incorrect. Yet she then mentioned specific books. Ah yes, but her Latin studies would have naturally lead to an interest in the earlier Greek works which the Romans admired, hence her subsequent keenness to read them. By Jove, Holmes, I think you've cracked the case! "By Zeus" would surely be more apposite, old chap, and it really was rather... elementary.
@@mustafa1name She said at almost the beginning of the chat "one of the reason I studied Latin at university" or did I mishear her? and was desperate to read the Iliad (poem of Troy), the Odyssey and books like that. Perhaps she should have said study the Classics and that would have cleared up any misunderstanding. .
The easiest person to interview in the world....
