Its about pushing yourself to the absolute limit in several aspects, like confidence, competitiveness, persistence, bravery, assertiveness, motivation, and go all out, before finding out where and when is too far so that you can tone it down but also not withdrawing back to where you started. This is how successful people make it. Calling it a monster is letting go of all inhibitions and safeguards that keep people afraid of failure and regret

this advice should ONLY apply to men, because what we are seeing now adays is WOMEN trying this advice, and they end up alone their whole life because they are WAY TO MUCH to deal with, and no guy wants an "ALPHA" girlfriend, I dont give a shit what anyone says, when I see a girl act "girl boss" or "alpha" IN ANY WAY, it is SUCHHHHH a fucking turn off.
