Specifically I'm skeptical about One Nation solution (Assuming that's what you meant by "one SHARED land"). It's kind of "let's reunite Yugoslavia / Pakistan and India". Sometimes borders are really good at ending civil wars. I think that the key point for bringing everything that you and I wish for between the river and the sea, is a mutual recognition of the right of all presents to live here. If that happens, who knows, it might even be possible to live together in the same nation.

At this time of massacre it’s very difficult to hear Israel’s name without feeling angry. I lived stateless and our family home was taken from us, I’ve never seen Palestine and foreigners to the land have lived there with ease.. i know the solution is not war.. there needs to be rational voices within Israeli communities that call for peace. Peace where justice is served for the criminals and where eveyone has equal rights. With the current indoctrination I see by Israeli educational system, I feel new generations will not think about peace..although any rational person can know it’s the only way out

As a Lebanese, we've grown accustomed to living with many different groups that once wanted to do harm to each other, I see no difference with the Palestinian and Jewish people. I have nothing but love for Jewish or any other people, but I do wish Israelis push for an permanent end to the war, as what is currently happening is unbearable. I know it's easier said then done, most Arabs don't even have the luxury of choosing our leaders. Also, I never read any of his books, which one do you suggest I start with?

I have been waiting to hear Yuval's take on what's going on and I am very impressed by his wisdom. I really can relate to what a small mind does, not wishing to contain certain facts, it then disposes of them. This is what I experience all around me. If there were more like Yuval in the world, there were no wars. This is the spirituality we all should strive to. The question is only how to transform it into action? This is a nice sermon preached to the choir. The introduction says this rally, "Was attended by thousands of Israelis and Palestinians, calling for a ceasefire, the release of hostages, and peace."
I am sure, there were many Israelis and some Israeli Arabs. I am also sure, there were no Arabs from Gaza or West Bank.
Professor Harari says, "Unfortunately, too many of us refuse to recognize the oh-so-simple fact that there is a Jewish people and a Palestinian people here, both of whom have a deep historical and spiritual connection to the land and the right to exist on it, ..."
Israel does not deny Palestinian Arabs the right to exit and call themselves 'Palestinians', even though the very term 'Palestinians' was coined by the Soviet KGB, but Islamists, Arab nationalists, Iranian mullahs, and their puppets Hamas, etc. cannot tolerate the existence of the sliver of land where the Jews walk tall, do not care about Pact of Umar, and don't even deign to hate Arabs within their state.
There is only one way to achieve peace with an enemy like that: victory in war.
Ironically, kibbutzim, attacked on Oktober 7, were populated largely by people of the same kind that gathered in this rally.

The problem is, that Israel is rich and powerful. Palestine is poor and isn't supported by others, and by being kept poor, dependent and poorly fed and educated, the playing field is not level.
