I 'm interested, but I'm more wondering how engineering can be affected by Counter attack. It's like an invisible hit, When we not visible. At that moment Just know you have been seriously injured. It looks normal. But after we miss the arrow of the big enemy While P2W. It hurts so much😅❤
If you need informations about range commanders real fights, I managed to fully specialize in engineering and fought in last 3 KvKs with Margaret and Babur and since my actual KvK with Gajah Mada and Gonzalo too.

KvK's have multiple choke point battles, lets say river crossing fights, having unpunished range commanders pew-pewing is truly a way how to shift losing battle in your favor. I am making Margaret with Gonzalo at this moment and I am having no doubts of having this pair in field

These reports were across a bridge fight. In the open I am not so sure how they will do.
Well that’s what they are made for they aren’t made for actually one on one combat. They are to be used strategically to take advantage of a defensive position

should you use t1 or t4 seiges? should you mix it with other units?
I’d use t4 or t5
I tried it out with not good gear against 93 with 5511 and 1111 ranged commanders and still went positive

It might be good, but the fact that ranged combat really doesn't come around until Kvk3 or later really kills it. The current engineering commanders will then have to compete for super limited heads for other commanders when you are able to get them. It also doesn't help that siege is weak to all other troop types

I agree. They need to add epic ranged commanders for Kvk 1 and beyond
FYI, accessories do NOT work on ranged commanders so the only thing those current ones would provide is added health. Once the new accessories come out that will be a bigger boost

Actually they do! You can stick a ring or horn on and have huge success, if you don’t have legendary accessories I recommend delanes amulet and possibly the march speed accessory
@@MrSiegeOfficialactually they don’t. This has been confirmed by support. Ranged attacks are different than basic attacks. Basic attacks are the only thing that trigger accessories, which is why they are coming out with accessories specifically for ranged combat. Check your reports and you will see the only time they activate is once the target actually hits you and basic attacks are activated.

Perfect scenario due to the river, but still amazing. The only problem with ranged is the fact you have to add over 2 million power to your account with t5 siege.
100%. Yeah the T5 siege kinda sucks
Until engineers get an epic commander u simply cant upgrade to legendary. Krakens and whales dont have an extra march to bench to make ranged useable. I would also like engineers to be able to build a bridge cause walking 10 minutes to join a rally 8 miles away is brutally unsat.
