You left off the satellite concourse
Hi, and thanks VERY much for this; yes, much clarity! I am flying British Airways. When you finally go inside the north terminal there is (looking at my screen) a door on the right saying "security,, A B gates" etc. Then you immediately go left and around until you say "this is north terminal". I didn't see British Airways in that line of airlines. It appears that the lines curves at the left before you stop. Is BA down that area? OR do I need to go ahead into the doors for security and gates (at right on entrance) to find BA? Thanks!!!!
In the North Terminal, just after the Delta counters, at the time of recording the video they did not have a flight at that time and the screens only show BNA, because they are counters shared by several airlines.

So you check your baggage in from outside?
Only Southwest and American Airlines.
