Cape Hatteras paradise. Spend my 45 years anniversary. Drove 19ft rental RV, lots of food, our Martin, 4 legs friend 1 bottle of champagne, not count the wine😘💃🏻🚶🐕. The beauty of Hatteras out of this world.
Beautiful presentation and I love the interviews. We live in Illinois and have been driving to the eastern US during since our much of our younger days. We camped at Assateague Island, MD for 18 years and loved it until they got overcrowded. In the last 13 years ( except for 2 years due to Covid) we have been coming to Hatteras Island renting vacation homes (family reunion of 17 members ) along the shore between Corolla and to now favorite town the last 5 yrs -Rodanthe. Love the place and the fresh seafood everyday. We never tire of creating short videos of every visit since the shore is always changing but the character of the residents and culture remains the same as always - welcoming, down to earth and ever ready to help.
What a bunch of good people around here. That makes all the difference. Just slow down and be. I love it.
I cannot wait to go!! I leave to go exactly one month from today! It's been a family vacation since 1968 I think. I've only been going for about 15-16 years though so.

Hey Carl, Don't you think it's a little disrespectful to go to a place that's Well-Known to have some of the best fishing on the East Coast, search out one of the best local places to sample that cuisine and then order a Steak that comes from Idaho ??? Maybe you're allergic to fish ?? Geez, man.
When I used to live down there we used to go to a place right on Hwy 12 just S of KDH if I'm not misteaken (that's a joke) and this place was an All U Can Eat seafood bar. I think it was maybe $10 and they'd give you a HUGE plate of either deep-fried or broiled (or raw or .... I forget) EVERYTHING from flounder and halibut to shrimp and scallops and clams, oysters, even Lobster. Also Blue Crabs. I forget all the different varieties; it was over a dozen. Then you'd get some fries and Cole slaw, and all the fixings. It was Fantastic. I don't know man. STEAK ??
Chef - "We work our butts off to get the good stuff (seafood), and there's TLC in it."
Host - "Well in that case, I will have the steak."

Hate it here. I have to go to another state to go to a dentist. And I have a dental problem and no dentists will take me for it also we have to drive to at least an hour to go to the hospital. STUPID. I wanna move SO badly. And I hate the beach and the tourists so it's the worst.
