I have LV 99 and I never saw ever "regain all his health when low in a period of time" lol
1:34 btw you still can get hit from fi attacks or Errordust dust sans puppet spinning bone
Btwx2 he isn't THAT op tho he's for some reason the BEST for super bosses his rage is totally useless and only makes you get killed, his bones walls could be good... if he didn't require you to be at 5 centimetres
His healing is actually worse than a normal heal, most of LV 99 users have fi heals which is a constantly 2% heal meanwhile with LV you heal a limited amount of time thats only 1% or 2% if purple and not all his moves heal you

gotta keep in mind though purple ambient and blaster healing gives a LOT of hp, oh also something i just found out is RAGE GIVES HEALING TOO??? LMAOOOOOO

Be careful when using rage on fi if you do it during or like straight after (or just before) it might trigger the speed anti cheat because of the amount of speed changes happening at once (you won’t be banned but your run will be over because you get kicked)
