Nice looking salmon would you say they are Atlantic Salmon or a land locked variety. All we have available here is the toxic farmed salmon so I always buy the frozen wild caught pacific salmon.

You mentioned growing pecan in your field. I didn’t know pecan grew that far north. We’re at 47.65 degrees north. Does that compare with where your farm is located? Which variety do you grow?
Just in case you haven't found your answer, Richard's farm is 59 degrees North. There are some cold hardy pecans, but I don't know enough to advice a variety to you, sorry.
