Will it run? 1975 Norton Commando resurrection - Part 3. Will new piston rings cure low compression?

Part 3 of the Norton restoration Project. Installing new piston rings and hopefully increasing compression. Removing the cylinderhead, cylinder barrel and reconditioning with new rings and honed cylinder.

Yea so I forgot to plug in my external mic and on top of it I turned on the fan. It is close to 100 degrees now here in Texas
